Welcome to Eastbet. This Bonus Terms and Conditions document governs all bonus offers, including no-deposit credits, deposit bonuses, free spins, and other promotional credits available on Eastbet. These terms form an integral part of Eastbet’s Terms of Use. By accepting or using a bonus, you agree to be bound by these terms and any specific terms published with the offer.

Scope and Availability

Bonus eligibility and availability depend on the player’s profile and location. Eastbet may restrict or withdraw a bonus offer at its sole discretion. Some bonuses may not be available in certain jurisdictions or for players using specific currencies or payment methods. If a bonus is not intended for a player, it will not be displayed as available in the profile.

Balances and Activation

Each player holds a real balance and a bonus balance. All bonus funds are credited to the bonus balance and are wagered according to these terms. Winnings earned while playing with bonus funds are credited to the bonus balance, subject to wagering requirements. Real balance is used for wagers first; only when the real balance is exhausted does wagering continue with bonus funds.

Claiming and Use of Bonuses

Bonuses may be credited automatically upon qualifying actions or via promotional communications. Upon claiming a bonus, you must use it in accordance with the published wagering requirements and any game restrictions. If a no-deposit bonus is offered, it may carry a maximum cashout limit and will typically require a deposit to unlock withdrawal of winnings, in line with the related offer terms.

No-Deposit and Deposit Bonuses

• No-deposit bonuses carry a stated maximum cashout. Any winnings beyond that cap are removed on withdrawal.
• Depositing after claiming a no-deposit bonus increases the maximum cashout limit by the amount of the deposit; the limitation may be voided after a withdrawal. If a withdrawal is made before the wagering is completed, the bonus and any related winnings may be forfeited.
• Some games may be restricted for wagering with bonus funds; live casino, table games, and instant games may be excluded unless explicitly included in the offer.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses and are calculated as a multiplier of the bonus and any deposit, with variations by offer. Unless stated otherwise, a standard deposit bonus requires wagering of 30 times the combined bonus and deposit amounts. If a bonus is not issued as part of a deposit offer or if the total bonus amount exceeds the deposit, the wagering requirement may be 60 times on the bonus amount only. Wagering progress is tracked as Bonus Redeem Points and is visible in the Personal Area. Different game categories contribute to wagering at different rates as described below.

Game Contributions to Wagering

• Standard wagering: bets in Slots count toward wagering at 100%; bets in non-slot and non-scratch games generally count at 0% toward wagering, unless stated otherwise in the offer.
• Mixed wagering: non-slot and non-scratch bets contribute at 10% toward wagering; slot bets continue to contribute 100% where allowed.
• Special Mixed wagering: non-slots and scratches contribute 50% toward wagering; slots maintain their standard contribution.
• Crash games contribute 20% toward wagering.
• Other games may be fully excluded from wagering contributions as specified in the individual offer terms or by provider restrictions.

Betting Limits During Bonus Wagering

When a bonus is active, the maximum amount you may bet per spin or per bet unit is subject to caps expressed in the offer. Typical limits are illustrated by examples: up to 5 EUR/USD/GBP or equivalent per spin; or its currency-equivalent in major alternatives. A wager that exceeds the per-spin limit or that otherwise violates the wagering rules will be deemed a breach and may void winnings or suspend the bonus. The in-game buy-feature counts as a spin for wagering purposes. Repeated violations may result in the cancellation of all balances or account closure.

Bonus Progress, Redemption and Expiry

Wagering progress is tracked and displayed in the Personal Area. If a bonus is not used or its wagering requirements are not completed within the applicable period (often 30 days from credit), the bonus and any winnings may be forfeited, unless the offer specifies a different period. If a bonus is consumed or cancelled, any remaining winnings may be removed.

Withdrawal of Deposits and Bonus Funds

You may withdraw amounts from your Real Balance at any time, subject to the wagering requirements for any active bonus. If you withdraw before meeting wagering conditions, the bonus and any related winnings may be forfeited. If you elect to cancel an active bonus, any winnings derived from that bonus may be removed. Upon withdrawal, the remaining bonus funds may be converted to real balance if the wagering requirements have been satisfied; otherwise, the bonus balance will be removed.

Account, Identity and Responsible Gaming

All bonuses are offered to individual, not corporate or shared accounts. Eastbet reserves the right to require KYC checks, AML screening, and identity verification. This process may impact bonus eligibility and withdrawal timing. Eastbet operates a Responsible Gambling program and may impose limits or suspensions for excessive play or suspected abuse.

Bonus Abuse and Irregular Play

Eastbet maintains a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Irregular play includes, but is not limited to, deliberate delays of game rounds to prolong wagering, exploitation of software defects, or strategic play designed solely to maximize bonus returns. If irregular play is detected, Eastbet may revoke bonuses, confiscate associated winnings, suspend or terminate the account, and take further action as necessary.

Single Offers, One Player, and Anti-Fraud Measures

Bonuses are issued to a single player and are restricted to a single account, device, IP address, and payment method per offer. Eastbet may terminate or suspend accounts showing signs of multi-account activity or other attempts to circumvent the bonus terms.

General Provisions

Eastbet reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The English version governs in the event of any discrepancy with translations. These terms apply alongside Eastbet’s Terms of Use and any promotion-specific terms. If a promotion imposes additional terms, those terms will prevail for that promotion.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction Eastbet operates. Any disputes arising from bonuses will be resolved in accordance with Eastbet’s standard dispute resolution process and, where applicable, relevant consumer protection laws.
